I am a criminal lawyer with over 12 years of experience, having served as counsel in Romania’s only case involving the embezzlement of football players. I hold a PhD in Law from Babeș-Bolyai University and am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the ‘1 December 1918’ University of Alba Iulia.
Over the past 10 years, I have published several books and articles in the field of criminal law and have been involved in complex cases concerning abuse of office, corruption, fraud involving EU funds, tax evasion, cybercrime, and other serious offences.
Additionally, I frequently speak at national and international conferences on criminal law, combining practical legal work with academic research.
